Strike Commander: Playing it again

Nothing :( ! My big hope was that it was using a VM ala SCUMM. This part is performed by OPTTEST.EXE

Palettes

The palette effects may be hard to replicate: When a pilot takes too many Gs, the vision turns to grey (before dark is more G are added). This was accomplished by interpolating between palettes. A shader may do the trick:
